Older homes can have tight hallways and doorways. Measurements in advance tell us whether a grand needs to go through on its side, and which way it must turn.
Baby Grand to Concert Grand
A baby grand runs about 150 cm long and a concert grand up to 275 cm. Both are dismantled, skidded and strapped for the drive, then reassembled in the new room.
A Fully Enclosed Truck
Highland weather can turn quickly. Our fully enclosed, waterproof truck keeps the piano dry, with a hydraulic tail lift for loading and GPS tracking on the road.
Storage for Tree-Change Moves
Moving out of Sydney before the Highlands house is ready? We provide short and long term piano storage and deliver when the new home is ready.
Retune After the Move
Cooler Highlands air affects tuning. Let the piano settle for two to four weeks, then have a local tuner bring it back to pitch. We do not tune pianos.
