Piano Removals Central Coast
Gosford, Terrigal, Woy Woy, Wyong – Fully Insured
Moving a piano to, from or around the Central Coast?
Central Coast and Sydney, Both Directions
A Central Coast piano move often starts or finishes in Sydney: a family relocating north up the M1, or an instrument heading back down to the city. We plan it as one job. The same crew loads your piano, drives it and places it in the new room, so it never changes hands along the way.
Planned Around Coastal Homes
Hillside and waterfront homes are common from Terrigal to Pearl Beach, and so are split levels, outdoor stairs and steep driveways. Before the day we ask about every step between the piano and the truck, so the crew arrives with the right equipment and a plan for your access.
Three of Our Own Removalists
Every piano move gets a team of three full-time piano removalists. They are our own employees, never subcontractors, and the business has been moving pianos for more than 20 years.
Fully Insured, Fixed Cost
Your piano and your property are fully insured during the removal and in transit, and the insurance is part of the quote. You get a fixed cost quote before you book: the price we confirm is the price you pay.

✔️ Piano Removals Central Coast: How We Do It
Upright Pianos and Pianolas
Even a small upright weighs around 220 kg, and a pianola commonly passes 400 kg. Uprights travel standing on a trolley, wrapped in heavy blankets, and go up the hydraulic tail lift rather than a ramp.
Grand Pianos, Baby to Concert
A baby grand or concert grand has its legs and pedal lyre removed, then travels on its side on a padded piano skid. On the Coast it is reassembled and levelled in its new room before the crew leaves.
Salt Air and Rain on the Drive
Our truck has a fully enclosed, waterproof body, so coastal showers and salt spray stay outside. The piano is held with ratchet straps for the drive, and GPS tracking means our office always knows where it is.
Settlement Dates Not Lining Up?
If the Central Coast house is not ready when the Sydney one is sold, we offer short and long term piano storage, then deliver to the new home when you are ready.
Unwanted Pianos Removed
Downsizing on the Coast? We also remove unwanted pianos, with the same care on the way out, and send them for dismantling and recycling rather than the tip.
Let It Settle, Then Tune
We do not tune pianos. After a move, give the piano two to four weeks to adjust to the coastal humidity, then book a local tuner so the tuning holds.
Central Coast Piano Moving Questions
Does the Central Coast cost more?
Distance is one factor in every quote, along with the type of piano and the access at both ends. You receive a fixed cost quote before booking, so there are no surprises on the day.
Can you move a piano between Sydney and the Central Coast?
Yes. Moves in either direction are handled as a single job by the same crew of three, from pick-up to placement in the new room.
What do you need for a quote?
The piano type and size, both addresses, the date, and any stairs, steps, lifts or steep driveways at either end. Photos of the access help us plan.
Which days do you work?
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm. Call 0415 268 521 or send a quick message.
